..that Dolores father found? Clearly it's a photo that's not meant to be there,from another time or world. Or maybe not!

It was a photo from the "real" world. It's been suggested that it was a picture of a woman standing in modern day Times Square, and that's kinda what it looked like.

Probably the wife of the Man in Black, and she died in the incident 30 years ago. He left it there to make the hosts malfunction.
