Wonder why she goes with Peytie? It's not like it's shortened. Just curious. Not that it matters at all. But I wonder if she just doesn't like it.

Yeah I was wondering if Peyton was her real name. When my mom first heard her name was Peytie, she thought it was the greatest name ever, lol. I think it sounds a little awkward but I like Peyton.

Peytie's easier to say than Peyton because it ends with soft vowel. The only other Peyton that I'm aware of is that famous football player. Maybe she doesn't like the connection

Peyton is a boys namethe first time I heard it was reading Louis Lamour novels
and in Silverrado lots of great boys names started being used on girls and it sort of ruined it for boys.Ashley,Rene,Carol,Bailey,Riley,Mckinzie ,Blair.Carmen,Francis
