Crazy Ex-Girlfriend : Would they have gotten married if the series was canceled?

It can't help thinking they were finally going to give Rebecca the happy ending she always wanted if there wasn't going to be a season 3. Then season 3 happened so they went to plan B (or kept plan A if that's the case) and screwed up the wedding, setting up season 3 as the season of revenge or whatever. Rebecca seems dark and crazy now (dark Willow haha!) So looking forward to season 3 now and what they're going to come up with..

Also the Trent part was kind of disappointing. I thought he would do something more creative and genius .

As a bigger girl myself I was kinda disappointed when Paula demanded Rebecca's mother buy her wedding dress and specified size 6. Ms Bloom is gorgeous and sexy but not a size 6! Why not make her an 8 or 10? It's been so great seeing a slightly bigger girl be a romantic leading lady. Why double back on the dress size? It would have been very reaffirming to us bigger gals if they kept it real. Just a tad disappointed in Ms Bloom who I admire so much!

Marrying Josh wouldn't have made Rebecca happy. If season 2 was the last it might have ended with her dumping him and her dad.

You are assuming we are heading for a happy ending. I'm not so sure.

idk.. it seems to me that her crazy comes from the belief that guys in her life always leave her, ie don't love her. if it could be written that Josh (or anyone, even Nathan maybe) really does love her and finally realises that (whether true or not depends on what the writers want it to be).. then I think Rebecca could finally be moving towards the peace and happiness that she always longed for. Sure Josh alone isn't enough even if she doesn't know that yet but having someone love you completely makes everything a whole lot better and easier.
