Of course it's possible. It's called having a different opinion. Just like you think LOT is a 1, there are many that would disagree with you.
I don't think Daredevil is the best comic book show (so far) but it is one of the best and I will say that it is my favourite of the current batch. I also like the CW shows (to varying degrees) but they are very different styles of shows aimed at different audiences. You are basically comparing apples and oranges because they are both fruit, when you should be comparing different types of apples (or oranges). Daredevil is aimed at a late teen/adult audience whereas the CW shows are aimed squarely at teens (younger teens with Supergirl). Although all can be enjoyed by practically any age, depending on what you want from the various shows.
Then again, I never bought into this whole fan war, DC vs Marvel bullcrap, so which comic house they came from is largely irrelevant to me. Both have their strong and weak points and all I mainly want from these shows is to be entertained.

Yes!!! You absolutely can! Look I love the MCU Netflix shows and I love the DC CW shows! There's no rule that says you have to like one over the other! It just depends on what you like and what you're looking for in your entertainment!
I love that the MCU shows have a dark/gritty feel to them and that the DC CW has a fun/pure comic book joy to them! Like to me Daredevil is a 10 show!!! It's the best at what it's trying to accomplish and I feel it does so in spades! It's dark and the characters feel very real and the world they live in feels like it could be our world. On the flip side of that, I feel that The Flash is a 10 show as well! It's fun, it's vibrant and it feels very much like a comic book come to life! Even the characters in that show feel like they come right out of the books! That's not a bad thing what so ever! I love both shows and I know what to expect from each!
Now not every show of these universes is a 10 IMO. I don't watch Legends of Tomorrow and I don't really watch Supergirl but I get what there are trying to accomplish! Arrow I really enjoy especially the 1st 2 seasons! You may wanna give that a shot as it's more like Daredevil just filtered through the CW network! I really enjoyed Jessica Jones and Luke Cage but I felt that neither of those shows needed 13 episodes a piece. They both would've been better with 10 episodes!
When it comes to the production of these shows there is no doubt that the MCU Netflix shows are better! But they also only have to produce 13 episodes and have a longer time to produce them as they are released all at one time! The DC CW shows have to produce 23 episodes and have to air them consistently throughout the year, so they are constantly on a tight schedule! So I always keep that in mind when I come across a not so good Arrow or Flash episode.
Either way it's up to you! But you don't gotta knock one down to enjoy the other! If you're interested check out how I rank both set of series below!

Yes Daredevil is the best but I enjoy the CW shows as well especially The Flash.

By this logic, The Avengers deserve only 1 out of 10 if you compare them to The Dark Knight, because they have different tone than The Dark Knight - which is the best comic book movie ever made. Just because something has different tone, it doesn't mean that its quality is lower.

I think the dialogue is horrible. One can feel some drunken hack trying to pound out a verbal interaction that can comport with directions given him by someone else, before passing out yet again, face down on his keyboard
editing to add: But the rest of the movie is great.

I guess you intentionally put my quote where I mention The Dark Knight because you knew that this "observation" would instantly associate for people with The Avengers, considering how lowbrow and hammy some of the dialogues were in the movie.

DD is Marvel, CW airs DC adaptations. I'm a fan of both DC as well as Marvel comics. I really like this show whereas I abhor the TV adaptations of DC shows on the other hand (Arrow was great when it started but then turned to *beep* It's all opinions. So yes, you can like DD as well as CW shows. There's no "otherwise".

Personally if DD is a 10 for me then CW shows are anywhere between 1 and 7 with The Flash being the 7 and LOT being 1.
