Star Wars: Episode VII - The Force Awakens : I'll take 'Twilight of the Apprentice' over TFA any day!

I agree, except I don't see how beign Animated makes it inferior.

I'm actually surprised at how much I enjoy this show, given that some of the dialog and secondary plots are very childish, but arcs like in these two episodes are exactly what I'd come to expect from the SW universe. The music was also very good: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MTFNwROFWaA
With Thrawn, Forest Whittaker(ha), and a lot of respect to the OT, this show is essentially fan service, BUT, it does so without so many obvious nods. Though they've said "i've got a bad feeling about this" more than a few times...

Rebels is part of the living Force, while TFA was created by the unimaginative Force - a part of the dark side that is, only worshiped by hacks and the gullible.

Of course TFA has the clear advantage of being live action. And the pacing is about even with perhaps a slight advantage to TFA. But that's about it. Even the dialogue of Twilight of the Apprentice is arguably more mature than TFA!
