You know when you are DELIBERATELY trying to cast people based on their 'diversification' then it is inherently racist/sexist right?

That NEVER happens, it's always the reverse. Most leads are open only to Caucasians. If this actually happened don't you think we'd see blacks with more lead roles? How many blockbuster movies with a black lead came out this year(That wasn't a biopic)?
Deliberately casting someone based on them being white is racist.
