Killing the cyote then moving it off the road with his bare hands then rubbing his hair, and rubbing his face. Made me want to wash my hands.

This bothered me as well! He's running his fingers through his hair and then touching the animal again, then goes back to the car and rubs his faceugh lol

Yeah, and I was thinking it was weird that you couldn't see any blood on his face or hair afterwards.

I was thinking that when he washed his hands finally much later in the film.

yeah, when Will started brushing his hands through his hair and touching his face immediately after moving the bloodied/dead coyote i kind of cringed.
