I once saw a snippet of Joe Rogan's old comedy, and he sounded like a white George Lopez, so I put off watching this, thinking it would be more of the same. But I was bored, I wanted stand-up, and it was on Netflix.
Wow, has Rogan revamped his act! This highly intense and creative show knocked my socks offhe was part stoner philosopher, part Curly from the 3 Stooges, and he can imitate voices, do faces, and his observations on life and culture and parenthoodall so funny. None of that trashy race and sex talk you hear from vulgerites like Chris RockJoe's show is so "decent" and "contemplative" by comparison. I was thoroughly ENTERTAINED!!
He killed it absolutely! Regained my respect as a comedian (he always had it as an MMA announcer).
