Weiner : Shows the true colors of Democrats, they think they are above the law

If you haven't seen "Weiner," on Showtime, you have to see it. To me it's better than the Jinx because it's a 7 term Congressman (1999-2011), Rep. Anthony Weiner, 7 terms, that's why we need term limits and not career politicians. He was an elected official, for more than one term.

Prior to his scandal he is lauded by the democrats and they try to spin it as if it's nothing wrong. CNN is horrible. This guy doesn't resign and he thinks he did nothing wrong. At first he tried to lie or legal his way out of it. He is a Clinton insider. He thought he was above the law. And her has the audacity to have his reelection documented and not think it was a train wreck. Lol. It's just like the Jinx, Durst is like I didn't do anything wrong. It's ridiculous. Human stuck with him too. Anyway you have to see it, if you liked the Jinx, you will love Weiner!!

while I agree that it is a good film I would not agree that it 'shows the true colors of Democrats, they think they are above the law'. I also agree that there should be some kind of term limits for elected officials.

however, weiner was a politician who had a real passion for his beliefs and he was a fighter for those beliefs. the fact that he even attempted to run for an office after the fiasco of the first incident is evidence of that. there have been other political figures that have done embarrassing things and have resigned to hide from public judgment. I have to give the man credit that he owned his mistake (the first time) and pushed on. unfortunately, I feel that he really does have some deep seated issues in that it was apparent that he did not learn from the first error of his judgment and proceeded to shoot himself in the proverbial foot a second time.

the actions of this one democrat does not make all democrats sit in the same boat as him. there are some that have or will pull on the oars with weiner but you cannot condemn all of them - just as I cannot condemn all republicans for the errors and misjudgments of a certain few.
