Sports : BREAKING BEARDY NEWS: I will NOT be taking my talents to another board

I've discussed this with my agents, managers, and sponsors and think this is the right choice.

First of all, it won't sustain. Often times on this board you'll see a great user like Undo leave and then another great user like millar come in. That won't happen on a new board. You'll see a fraction of the Sports Board there and then once that person leaves for whatever reason, that's it. The well will not be replenished

Second, I don't know who's running it. Many of these boards are user generated. I have no clue who has access to my info and e-mail. Before you know it I'm getting hassled by a Nigerian Prince and ads for Mexican Boner pills

But don't worry. When news of the Boards demise came, I started a Twitter account. It was gonna be my new way to kill time, mostly by trolling celebrities( already blocked by Rosie O'Donnell and Lena Dunham!) I'm a curmudgeon when it comes to social media and this was my first Social Media account since I set up a Myspace to cyber spy on my bitch of an ex GF. I mostly tweet my usual Right Wing nonsense, comedy stuff, and sports stuff. So if I like you and you want to stay in touch, PM me your handle or let me know on this thread and I'll PM you mine. I don't retweet much and just post occasionally throughout the day. Hopefully I can stay in touch with some people like KL, Goodman, millar, Wolfman, Granny, and other.

I find this a self important thread in addition to the unusual stalking behavior.

I do like Beardy though, that is what confuses me with this thread.

Take me through this. Why is it self important? The board, one that I've been posting on for almost 10 years, is closing. So I make a thread basically just saying bye and seeking to keep in touch with some people

And stalking? Do you not know how Twitter works? Someone says something and your phone goes ding. You can then respond or not. It takes less than a minute. Explain to me how that is stalking behavior?

This is why I've tried to push people to move en masse onto existing, established boards, such as City Data. Nobody is taking me up on the suggestion though.

Would it get some wind for the sailboat? Would it get the railroad for these workers?
