Moonlight : Shoot the cook

I was convinced he was going to shoot the cook. 1st 2 acts were great3rd, not so much. You had the gun, you were staring at the door, you shoot him, leave, roll credits, win Oscar.

That would have made no sense. By Act III Chiron has been completely obscured by the "Black" persona. While killing the man who was indirectly responsible (but arguably just as much of a victim himself) for setting off the chain of events that lead to so much pain and suffering is something a one demensional character completely devoid of humanity would have done, that is not the "Chiron" character at all. He is in so many ways the same sensitive boy who was ridiculed and the only thing on his mind is reconnecting with Kevin, not payback.
