Stranger Things : They should actually do something with MK ULTRA this time

The show failed in that regard and left me waiting every episode for it to get good. It was originally going to be called Montauk which is the location for many crazy experiments which they only touched upon but it appears that going further into it is simply out of The Duffer Brothers depth. Mediocre show.

Well, the problem is that everybody in Hollywood, including the producers of this show, are either behind MK ULTRA or victims of it. So you are never going to get a realistic depiction of the program from Hollywood. Maybe somebody in Eastern Europe will take on the subject at some point.

*bangs head against wall*

What? I don't get that reaction. Sorry! Unless you're agreeing in a funny way because what the previous commenter wrote makes a lot of sense. I guess I can let up a little bit on my let down feelings about the show.

I'm making peace with the mild MK ULTRA representation but it doesn't stop the show from creating something that comes from the mind of an unsophisticated 6th grader in trying to explain actually fascinating topics and outcomes. They needed to take a little less pride in their The Duffer Brothers posturing and include someone that could increase the quality of the plot lines, dialogue, sense of balance in their shocks and surprises. It gets your hopes up for something incredible but it never comes and wraps up like nothing.
