The speech Walhberg gives to his wife after he gets home, the one he gives to the fellow officer as they're sitting on a car waiting, and the dikey cop on the rooftop right before they caught the second terrorist - grandstanding for the audience. That all said, it didn't destroy the film. Good pacing and good action sequences kept things tense. Still, 7 at best, and probably a 6.
