La La Land : the most overrated film ever

I still think the most overrated movie of all time is Crash. That piece of trash won an Oscar as best picture, mind you.

La La Land would come in second. If it wins any Oscar, it'll be first.

I wish these message boards had little thumbs up buttons to like the comments, some are brilliant, thought the movie was blah, so should win a few Oscars, isn't that always the way!

It has a high rating because a lot of people relate to the misunderstood wannabe artist trope and they love the "just follow your dreams, man!" message. Add in hot actors and a lot of hype from the Hollywood film industry, who modestly made another movie about itself, and that's the recipe for success.

Stop calling it overrAted. What would a movie be without the music and soundtrack.

Lucky for you, Power Rangers comes out this year.

nobody cares user notes. it is unreliable in every way. Moulin Rouge is much better than this and look the user notes.
nobody cares oscars too. whiplash is better than this x2. Children of Men got nothing but look the Gravity. Academy is a business-land and nobody cares about "good movie" or "better movie". This is business and I agree with the idea. For me, nobody will remember La La after 10 years later.
and look the box office. you can not see any overrated gross. people didn't go to watch this movie in theatres. Globally.

La La is just a good movie. Simple good movie.

Everyone who says "Nobody cares Oscars" is an idiot. Look, every movie that got best picture nominees gets much discussed in every year. It means, there are still lots of people who care about it.

I loved this film but I couldn't care less if it didn't win a thing. The fact that I really enjoyed it is enough for me.
