Definitely don't hang on every word that others say.

Take joy in quiet moments. Take joy in things that make you laugh or put a smile on your face.

None of us know how long we will be here.

Two of My sisters died.

One when she was first born. The other at 32.

And My niece was Killed by a drunk driver when she was only a teenager.

So take some time to remember the good things about your life.

And always remember these two things.

Don't be Afraid, you are not alone.

Everyone and I mean everyone has value.
