Re: The first supermodel

Ahem, it may have been staged.

Please shutup.

Re: The first supermodel

The first pic is real (ahem - Vlad)

Isn't that gorgeous!? She looks so elegant, and the dichotomy of that background is perfect.

Re: The first supermodel

I looked up some of her pictures. I loved the black and white ones playing with light and shadow. Very noirish. She was a beauty.

Re: The first supermodel

Definitely very noir. There were so many beautiful pictures I saw of her. I wonder how she'd do by today's standards. Beauty and modeling have changed so much over the years.

Re: The first supermodel

brave and a beauty. janice dickinson would argue that she was the first supermodel. in in the real world lisa fonssagrives was the first supermodel. why don't they wear capes?

Re: The first supermodel

Yes, I remember Janice Dickinson making that alleged claim to that particular title.

I think there should be a movement to bring back capes.

Re: The first supermodel

I entered this lady’s name in my search engine, and the image below came up.

By George, I do believe the little Cherub tugging on her corset strings, is none other than Millard
