Computers and Software : Favorite Websites?

Favorite Websites?

Nothing too popular. Everyone knows about YouTube, etc…

I just found a great one:
https://worldradiohistory.com

https://archive.org/ - Internet Archive is a non-profit library of millions of free books, movies, software, music, and more.

http://www.waybackmachine.org – You can check websites from anytime in history!

www.openculture.com
The best free cultural & educational media on the web… Also has over 5,000 FREE movies, FREE everything - Audio, College Courses, Art Books, Textbooks, Foreign Language Lessons, Photos, and about 80 other categories.. There's always a headline story, many times about movies. They even have Directors and Actors' favorite movies..

http://wikihow.com - mostly for the odd subjects of the tutorials and the accompanying drawings

http://jesus-is-savior.com
http://jesusisprecious.org - these two are from the same guy. I like their schizophrenic content and archaic style.

http://alienjigsaw.com
http://hybridsrising.com - these also have interesting content

Re: Favorite Websites?

I saw MJ play live a handful of times, and never thought there would be a better NBA player, which is the only sport I've watched, and kept up with since 1988, and so when Lebron got all that attention in high school, I went to buy some of his games on ebay. Everyone talked about his athleticism and the height combination, but it was his vision that convinced me, but I didn't think he'd be the greatest ever.

He was great last night. Getting Westbrook was dumb. Besides who they gave up, Russ was the worst fit. Derozan shoots mid-range, and he wanted to sign with them, but Pelinka fucked it up, just like Caruso, who wasn't asking for much.

And for Pelinka to make no moves, well, it's a shame, because Lebron only has a few years left, and I want him to surpass MJ, because of the simpletons who look at titles only. Box-score fans. But he's the best, plays the right way, and needs to be given credit… I actually thought they signed all those geezers to use as trade bait at the deadline.

The archive one is good. I also like Project Gutenberg for free online books.
