Just to add on, I know he's 35 years old but They could do alot with makeup to make him look the correct age. Not saying I particularly would want this, just gots that feeling!

Jared Harris.
Because his father Richard Harris played Dumbledore in first two HP movies.
SO, biologically he looks like a younger version of Dumbledore.

Michael Gambon.
Dumbledore in Harry Potter is around 150. FB takes place 70 years earlier, so Dumbledore would be around 70-80 year old.
I think Gambon could pull that off.

I remember that Rowling said when Dumbledore died he was 150 but after that she changed it to 115 i suppose? so Dumbledore is probably 45 in Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them

Well, this movie takes place 11 years before the pensieve scene in HBP. Since the next four movies will span 19 years, there's probably a time jump to the beginning of the next movie anyway.
It's probably doable with Gambon, but seeing as I hated him as Dumbledore, I hope they do recast.

Or maybe another Scottish actor - Ewan McGregor.
Or a Welsh one - Ioan Gruffudd.

Funny thing is that I imagined Ewan as a grown Ron at the end of Deathly Hallows.

I've read conflicting things about his age. Somewhere Rowling said that he was 150, but his date of birth is listed differently on the website, I guess.
So who plays him depends on how old he is.

He will have to be around the same age as Grindewald as they were in the books so for us muggles he would be in his 50's

You do know that Jared Harris' father was the original Dumbledore, right? Jared Harris the perfect choice.

jk rowling said she has an actor in mind and i read somewhere that it's Geoffrey Rush but he's too old so i will go for Colin Firth. Jared Harris is good pick but firth is more popular and equally good actor

I think, the Geoffrey Rush rumor came, from Johnny Depp being cast as Grindelwald. He would be a welcome addition to the Wizarding World, just not as Dumbledore. Rush would probably be a good fit for Minister of Magic Leonard Spencer-Moon, who was the wizarding counterpart to Winston Churchill.
While I would prefer Jared Harris as Dumbledore, there is no denying that Colin Firth would also be a great choice. Though, I believe, he was approached for Lockhart and declined.
