Anyone else have this problem with Google Play Store? :/

So, I wanted to order pizza from Pizza Hut but I was told on my Pizza Hut App I needed to update my App. I went to Google Play Store and clicked on,"Update," for my Pizza Hut App, but I was told my Storage was too full to update , and I needed to empty some storage in order to proceed. I deleted a few Apps, and now I can't download or update ANY Apps. I just see a "Pending," message. REALLY messed up that I got rid of some of my Apps for this Forced Pizza Hut App Update and can't download or update ANY Apps, not even the Pizza Hut App which was the cause of this all. Anyone not able to update or download on the Google Play Store?

Re: Anyone else have this problem with Google Play Store? :/

This happened to me, with my old Samsung tablet. I would get a message that my storage was full, and even after removing, or moving apps to my SD card, it was never enough, and I still couldn’t do updates. Ultimately I had to perform a factory reset. What happens is that your file system becomes corrupted, from installing and removing multiple files. On desktop computers running Windows, you can perform a disk defragmenter to clean it up. There might be an app for this on Android as well. But I’ve never looked.

Edit: I just checked, and such a utility does exist. Try entering from Google Play: Disk defragmenter for Android, and some do come up. Try this first and see what happens. Otherwise you might have to do a factory reset. Just be sure to back your files/photos before doing so.

If at first you don't succeed, skydiving is not for you.

Delete some of your text messages and then try again.
