Wut? I don't get it. What happened again? The employee that has OCD was moving things off the shelf?

But why was they moving things around?

Re: Can an employee with OCD sue his employer for being given other employee's w

Does this person have diagnosed OCD known to the employer?

If not, the employee is just a weirdo impeding the workflow. If it is official, the person needs to be assigned somewhere else due to their disability making them not right for that job.

They are costing the company money by wasting time.

However, you can't say that if it's official, rather you need to assign them to a task that meets their strengths. It how you word it.

Right. So that's what the employer did. Now the question is, can the employee sue? I don't see any grounds for suing. A premotion, perhaps.
