I agree, what point are you trying to make herr. The cinematography of Joker is top tier and Snyder's cinematography is top tier although not subtle.

Are football stadiums usually lit so dark? Looks weird. Like the game is being played in an auditorium. If you have somebody over for coffee don't you turn on a light for them as a courtesy? Is she squatting in an abandoned home? It's depressing. The Justice League isn't supposed to be murky. Static shots from Justice League may be more aesthetic than those from Avengers but after four hours of watching moving images Zack Snyder's hatred of color saturation might grow old.
Re: Joss Whedon/MCU don't know how to use chiaroscuro
It's supposed to be depressing. It's reflecting the character's emotions who are feeling depressed. They miss Clark. Cyborg's dad neglects him and he's feeling sad. Add in the snow, foreshadowing what's to come. The lighting is an extension of the emotions of the characters and helps build the tone.
Why this movie is tolerable in 4 hours is the operatic score and the style. Snyder's attempt at making every scene look epic and emotional by blasting that ambient score at us every 2 seconds (although overused, I admit) and the constant slow-mo's make this fun to watch. I could not sit through a 4-hour MCU film where there is no style, subtle breaking of 4th wall, and every scene looks like it's shot at noon. I need sunglasses to sit through a Marvel movie.

All of his movies are too dark and under saturated, except Dawn of the Dead. Maybe he tends to make films about depressed people.

The cgi looks like shit.

Ah, PMS! Reminds me of my days in the corporate world!

PMS stands for Pantone Matching System, part of which is shown in the post above. It refers to ink colors in commercial printing.

I don’t think that’s Marvels style.

Unfortunately, Snyder doesn't really know how to use it either. Sure, he can make it look good, but he doesn't know why it should be used or what it says about a scene. Visually, Snyder can make things look pretty. But he doesn't really understand how to use them for tone. Like his slow motion. His films are just full of slow motion shots that really shouldn't be slow motion. Like Abrams and his lens flares. It's style over substance.
In any case, Marvel wasn't really going for that look, so it's ok if they don't do it as well as Snyder.
So many stories, so little time.

Compare Zack Snyder's Justice League:
Lois and Martha getting coffee:
Joss Whedon:
Here's the replaced coffee exchange between Lois and Martha. It looks like a sitcom. There's nothing aesthetic about Whedon's shots.
There's no flair or style to his shots.
