I Need To Know : Horror-thriller from either 2008 or 2009

I remember several years ago I watched a movie on Syfy that was a horror-thriller. I remember the plot was about either a high school or a college boy falling for a woman half his age. I also remember there was a scene where he gives her oral sex. I think they were unknown actors since for the life of me I don't recall any familiar faces. Does anyone know what I'm talking about?
