Sports : Tom Brady should have retired
Re: Tom Brady should have retired
Why retire when heβs still playing at a competitive level? Teams get blown out occasionally. It happens. Why does a guy with 7 rings still competitive in his 40s need to retire?

Why?
Re: Tom Brady should have retired
It was the Bucs' defense which won that game. They were magnificent! Meanwhile, I hope that asshole retires now! Let somebody else win the friggin' SB!

Re: Tom Brady should have retired
It wasn't just the Buccaneers Defense.
It was also those 2 touchdowns that Tom Brady threw to Rob Gronkowski (the game was basically over after them) and it was also because of Bruce Arians Great Coaching in the game.

He kept those receipts.
Without strife, your victory has no meaning.
Without strife, you do not advance.
Without strife, there is only stagnation.

Re: Tom Brady should have retired
he threw 3 interceptions yet still won the game yet more proof he is the luckiest player in nfl history.
he's had the luck or benefit of playing almost 29 years in the worst division in the nfl during this time and forever. his defense won him his first 3 super bowls and he was just a game manager for those 3 super bowl wins. he also had the benefit and luck of paying in the weaker conference, the afc for most of his career.
he's also had the luck of playing under one of the greatest head coaches in nfl history for almost 20 years and never having to deal with adjusting to a new head coach for almost 20 years. he also had the same system in place for almost 20 years, a great system that wins and he never had to change this system during this time on the patriots.
the tuck rule saved a playoff game for him years ago. the referees won him the afc championship game 3 years ago vs. the kansas city chiefs not himself. they won him this game by giving him the worst calls in the history of an nfl game and at least 3 of them in this game, and they were all deciding, game winning calls.
he's saved by his defense and the atlanta falcons making he worst play calls ever in the 2nd half after being up by 28 points at halftime which led to him winning this super bowl. they never ran the ball which would have won them the game as the time would have run out before the patriots could win the game. and this is what they had success at in the 1st half.
the patriots were saved in the end of the seahawks super bowl by the worst play call in nfl history of passing the ball in the end zone instead of running it on just 2nd down with marshawn lynch.
so if you think about it he's only won 1 or 2 super bowl bc of his great play.

Excellent points!
PS And don't forget that he cheated (deflategate), and his coach cheated (spygate).
