A Clockwork Orange : Does anyone listen to songs from "A Clockwork Orange" (1971?)

Does anyone listen to songs from "A Clockwork Orange" (1971?)

"Freude, schöner Götterfunken
Tochter aus Elysium"

"Joy, beautiful spark of the gods
Daughter from Elysium"

I know, a guy sings it.

Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, the original, came out in 1971.

Yes!

The A Clockwork Orange soundtrack is my second favorite CD, second only to 2001: A Space Odyssey. And Beethoven is one of my two favorite composers. The other is Mozart.

Wow! They sure have a good recording of Beethoven. What would we do or where would we be without it? That's cool you like Beethoven and Mozart. I like classical music so much I am trying to become a professional! I was a Music Education major.

Our lives would be that much duller and more drab without those two gentlemen.
And Mozart died at age 35!

Bach is holding up the other pillar.

Bach actually studied the past more than what most people his time did. He studied the real stuff, where music comes from / what it is.

I like (1) Bach (2) Beethoven (3) Mozart.

I also like Handel.
This is a little funny but clean cut.

Bach is kinda like Beethoven, I guess. Here is a German orchestra I follow online.

Have you heard these 2 songs anywhere?

Yes, I'll never hear Singing in the Rain without thinking of this film though!

My heart bleeds for him, as a child. Someone took a kid and manufactured a monster. At the same time, as an adult, he's irredeemable.

Avatar Lives Matter …

I listen to the soundtrack two or three times a year when it comes up in my MP3 rotation, about 6,000 songs.

Wow! I saw the movie once, at least some of it and hard to remember though I was an adult in my 20s or 30s. I like the part I quoted a lot, that song here. That's what I have been listening to.
