Well it sounds like you didn't work 120 hours and it's rare to be paid for hours you didn't work. Sounds like a big error to me.

The only other thing I can think of is that sometimes training hours may be paid from an account specifically for education. This is what happens at my job. For a new hire, they are paid from an account designated as "orientation hours" and the money comes from an account separate from the usual account everyone else is paid from. Maybe you were paid twice for one week: once from the training account and again from the regular account.

Still you were paid for hours you didn't work so I'd say its an error.
