Three episodes in and it has got good again .

S2 lost any sort of semblance of normality and disappeared up its own arse.

S3 feels more grounded and back to the focus on characterisation, albeit now with other worlds and lots of different timelines.

Episode 1 was right back to season 1.

Finished it a couple of days ago. I will probably write more later - the s3 second half had some significant issues - but the finale was a thing of beauty. It goes down as one of the best shows ever I’d say.
