I say historical, because the living can obviously change, so I'd like to focus on those who are dead. I'm wondering if there's a certain correlation to not just their personality, but the type of music they made. There are always exceptions, but I'm curious if there's a definable characteristic.
You can define "awful childhood" any way you want, but describe it the best you can, especially for those of us who might not know.
