I'm not that old but when watching this movie In cinemas I noticed this movie was very loud.

It could be the cinema itself though

They usually set the screen Theatre this way to every movie not only this one

My screening was ridiculously loud, the trailers and advertisements were loud but when the film started and the music started playing it was way too loud!

It was the same way when my friends & I saw it. Even after we left other viewers thought it was way too loud. I go to a lot of concerts, like front pit blaring. If I thought think something is too loud then there's a problem lol.

For me this movie wouldn't be that outstanding if it wasn't that loud :) I usually watch movies very loud and with a lot of bass.

I thought it was extremely loud too. I thought maybe my hearing was just sensitive or something that day.

YES it was fricken loud and I loved every second of it.
