I have cooked more in the last 3 weeks than in the 6 months before.

This lockdown has gotten me back in the Kitchen and in a big way. The Roast Beef I made tonight came out Fuckin Delicious.

I’ve cooked the same amount because eating at home and making your own meals is far healthier, a lot cheaper, and women love a man that can cook. Someday I’ll get to show one.

The Roast Beef I made tonight came out Fuckin Delicious.

I put beef on open fire directly burning it using a grill and pliers.

there are ways a roast beef can be cooked

1) salt it then fry it. 5-10 minutes its ready

2) black salt it then fry it. same time.

3) sprinkle or douse olive oil on it then grill/bbq. same time.

4) marinade or put soy sauce on it then fry/grill/bbq it. may take 1-20 mins

5) add no ingredients just cook it whichever method.

beef costs a lot these days. in my area its like 10-20 dollars per kg! thts a lot of money for one meal.

rather go eat a 7 dollar big mac double!
