I'm not sure about his 5 queens. If these 'daughters' have to be born as pairs then there is one spare. This could refer to Lal but how would Picard know any of this stuff while dreaming?

John Delancey has to make an appearance as Q at some point. He's taken an interest in Picard in some weird ways over time and for him to ignore him just now would be odd.

Who knows though, we're still in the honeymoon period and I'm sure it'll go tits up soon enough.
