Doing a close grip bicep curl, I know a few years ago I did get swelling when I tried the close grip on the eazy bar.
The bar only weighs , and I've only added of plates on it. Do I really need a close grip curl, or can I get enough from the medium grip I do on the eazy bar and bent over middle rows on dumbbells? Are you playing a game or do you have a genuine mental disorder? - Bumby
