Aussies and Kiwis(edit): Opinions on the Bunyip?

No opinion, was taught about it in primary school along with other aboriginal stuff though.

Re: Aussies and Kiwis(edit): Opinions on the Bunyip?

Also that drawing doesn't match what I thought a Bunyip might look like.

The aboriginal drawings are a bit vague though..

In New Zealand, we have the Taniwha
In Māori mythology, taniwha are beings that live in deep pools in rivers, dark caves, or in the sea, especially in places with dangerous currents or deceptive breakers.

That reminds me. Remember Kiwi? I don't remember much about her except for her name… but she wasn't a NZ'er. She was from like Illinois, like a shit ton of other posters.

I didn't interact with her much. She was a bit of a giddy little girl.

I remember her more as an Aubrey Plaza type, except not as funny or interesting. Basically her character in Parks & Rec rather than the real Aubrey.
