Comic Books and Comic-Con : The longest comic book series you own every issue/trade of?
Re: The longest comic book series you own every issue/trade of?
Hm
Every X-Men 1-113 1991-2001 Single issues. New X-Men 114-...something. Grant Morrison sucks.
Amazing Spider-Man v1 from 298?-something to 394. Clone saga killed it for me. Single issues
A lot more single issues..From 1990 to 2001 I bought Avengers, Punisher, Punisher WJ, Amaing SM, Web of SM, Spwan, Detective Comics, Shadow of the Bat, Iron Man, Preacher, Sin City, X-Men...tons...Every issue of those for 10 years, random in between. plus 300+ Trades/Graphic Novels
He was mildly inconvenienced for your sins.

(Saga of the) Swamp Thing 1-171
I have various incarnations of the Legion of Super-Heroes from their sharing a headline in Superboy's comic in the 70s through to the New 52. That's 1-63, 1-61, 0-66, 1-38, 1-28, as well as Supergirl & the LSH 29-50, Legionnaires 0-81, Legion Lost 1-12, and the original Superboy/LSH from about 214-325, plus annuals, specials, etc. If that counted, there'd be about 500 consecutive issues there.
All roads lead to truth if you're willing to travel honestly.

Yup!
I was actually about to give up comics ages back and picked up what I'd decided was going to be my last comic, Swamp Thing #20. Alan Moore's first issue (yes, before "The Anatomy Lesson"). Needless to say, I kept on.

Re: The longest comic book series you own every issue/trade of?
I've got 8 comic boxes catalogued and ready to go, which puts me about about a quarter of the way in. It's the cataloguing that made that question easy to answer.
It's an election here now and I've had much less time than I expected. They'll be out soon enough. Which is good because I keep wanting to backtrack as long as they're here.

For me, Charles M. Schulz's Peanuts : from October 1950 to February 2000. That makes 25 books.

The first on-going Wolverine series (Larry Hama is amazing) and the Walking Dead probably.

The longest comic book series you own every issue/trade of?
The Walking Dead (24 trades = 144 issues)
Fables (22 trades = 150 issues)
I used to own all trades of the 160-issue Ultimate Spider-Man series, but not anymore, I sold them.
