Ashton Sanders : Broke my heart in Moonlight

I had to cry a bit at what his boo did, but cheered for him in his vengeance.

Out of all 3 chapters, his performance touched me the most. The look he held in his eyes/face was powerful and believable.

I'm glad to see that I wasn't the only one who was brought to tears by the "Chiron" chapter. I felt so bad for him, especially when he was in the principles office. I've never been touched by a scene in a film to the point where I dropped a few tears. I could relate to the pain of being/feeling alone and like no one cared.

Yes! His chapter broke my heart. Well-acted, hauntingly beautiful and sad at the same time.

I must warn you. I'm very susceptible to flattery.

Absolutely! My favorite performance in Moonlight, an incredible film with several amazing performances. Hope he keeps it up this kid is the future!
