The Last Man on Earth : Mid-season Dead Pool

The promo material for the mid-season finale quite heavily implied that a member of the main cast is going to die.

Who's your money on?

I'm not a betting person, but while they seem to be setting up to kill off Gail or Melissa indeed, the show has yet to kill off a female character besides The Cow (in 2x17) I'm guessing:

1) Lewis (either crashing a plane on the way to Tokyo, or getting killed before he can leave)
2) Pat (this time for real, if he makes a surprise return)
3) Mike (ditto)
4) Erica (which may explain why she hasn't been developed as well as the rest of the core cast)
5) Todd (if the writers wanted to pull an honest-to-God, out-of-nowhere shocker)

I wonder which one would most likely have caused Andy Bobrow to tweet, "WHERE ARE U TAKING ME, SHOW?" in his s.3 summary
