The fact is that not everyone deserves or should have health care. Some people need to lose out so others can have. You liberals want to give everyone affordable healthcare, but that simply is not rational or possible. Some people need to go without. Once we get to the point in which we can admit to that, then we will finally be able to low health care costs. But not until we get rid of obamacare subsidies, all the insurance company killing regulations, and get rid of the laws that require ERs to stabilize everyone who walks in. No pay. No play.

The poor do NOT deserve anything that requires others to pay for it, or do anything to make it happen. No, way, in, hell. That is all there is to the gov't's involvement in health care; to give it to the poor (because they vote for big gov't) at the expense of those who do create wealth.

A lot of the elderly do not deserve to have all this money spent on them. To basically keep them alive and be warehoused, in a sense, in these elder care centers. And the gov't is mostly running up debt to pay for elder medical care. A bill that will be passed on to future generations.

Yes, that 1980s law that made it criminal for local emergency rooms to take any/every person who walks in, viciously second guess the hospital administration as to what is/isn't an emergency until hospital admin. gives up and treats all who come in.

Also, get rid of that tort law that allows shyster lawyers to sue medical people/industry for any/every thing possible. I just heard today it said that 40% of medical treatment goes not to the patient involved but to protect medical staff from shyster lawyers from suing them.

Also, let insurance companies cross state lines to find customers. Competition could only make the prices come down.

I have no desire whatsoever to be some decrepit old geezer, sitting around in some nursing home (old folks warehouse) and stare out the windows, waiting for the end to come.

Therefore, I don't have any desire to spend my time on this earth being forced to pay for some other person's dumb a*s decision to waste their life like that. If they have the private money to do so, and they wish to do so, then they can do whatever the hell they wish. But stop making me, indirectly through gov't, pay for it. If mother nature signals you that it is "your time to go", then stop delaying the inevitable and get on with it.
