holy sh*t!!!!
I just remembered that I heard someone call him Linus in one of the early episodes, before I knew it was his name. I remember thinking that they were taking a jab at him, like comparing him to Linus from Peanuts and I didn't get it!!
now I do!! that's so funny that nobody caught that on the show!!

YES!!! I caught that slip! It's the episode with guest star Tom McCarthy, about the energy executive (McCarthy) whose wife and daughter are kidnapped.

I always thought the character's name was Linus Cutter.

Maybe they just left the error in deliberately, as an easter egg. You know, a joke, so the internets have something fun to pick apart?

Actually in the Burn Card episode, Lupo says "buying this?" As in "are you buying this?" The IAB officers were telling Cutter about Green's finances and Lupo was eavesdropping

In one of the later episodes, they misspelled the month of February. I reckon if we re-watch all the episodes from start to finish, we'll probably find a few errors. Post production is probably quite fast I would imagine no bigg5b4ie though. I find these errors rather charming.
