Besides Groundhog Day of course.

Any lesser known films like this that anyone could recommend?

I looked up fantasy comedies and I've seen most of the ones they listed already but this one wasn't even listed so I figured there might be more I just haven't heard of.

As far as romance comedies like this. I can think of: 100 girls, sex drive, miss March, and Trojan war
But fantasy romance comedy - what Women want, about time, princess bride, midnight in paris

I recommend Odd Thomas, and Horns

It's not an unknown movie at all but 50 First Dates is sort of similar (not time travel but looped in a way).
