Food and Drink : How much and often do you eat?

I just ate a healthy breakfast, walked, ate a healthy lunch, took a nap, and I woke up and had leaves an chicken cooked, found I was hungry. Now, I'm having oats overnight. I'm in the kitchen a lot cleaning and cooking.

3 meals a day sometimes with snacks. Breakfast is usually my smallest meal because I’m usually not that hungry in the morning and dinner is usually the biggest.

Do you still start your day off with a bag of🥓 🥓 🥓 ?

No 😂 lol i usually have scrambled eggs with toast or spinach feta wrap from Starbucks or something similar

I only eat for a few hours a day but I eat a lot during that time. I'm never hungry after.
