David Boehm : Employees' Entrance

Employees' Entrance

David Boehm's play, Employees' Entrance was his first writing job in film. His writing is so electric in that film that the dialogue will blow you away. But, everything is understandable to the viewer.

What's unusual is that his 3rd film, Ex-Lady with Bette Davis has a very convoluted story that is often hard to figure out. The dialogue and actions are confusing to me and require the viewer to keep close track of ideas from male and female characters who have very different views of romance and marriage.

Boehm's writing is very impressive and flexible.
