Yeah. I could see that being the reason why Dom is in Tokyo. Han told him about Sean.
Han is my favorite character in the franchise and I don't want him to be dead. If he must be, then I at least need his protege to continue on his legacy in the series.
The Real Drift King, Sean Boswell for Fast 7.

Re: Needs to return for Fast Seven (spoilers)
It's getting to the point now where i'm google'ing 'Fast & Furious 7' every day, just hoping to see "Lucas Black approached for F&F Sequel" or something along those lines
Introducing Lucas' 'Sean' character from Tokyo Drift back into Fast & Furious 7 would not only help with the continuityb68 of the movies, but most importantly in my opinion, make the importance of Tokyo Drift more vital, hell, i'd even start referring to it as Fast & Furious 3. I love Tokyo Drift, and I even watched it after coming out of the Cinema after watching 6, but in terms of continuity and timeline, all it has holding it in the F&F world is Vin Diesel's cameo at the end.
The only problem we've got now (well, those of us that want Lucas Black in the next F&F) is that we have to see/hear some news pretty soon. Filming is going to take place VERY soon if it hasn't already, and as the days go in it's becoming more and more unlikely that it'll happen. I PRAY that i'm wrong.
Just can't wait to click on IMBD Fast & Furious 7 and see credited cast: Lucas Black as Sean Boswell.

I agree. Lucas Blacks charac5b4ter was the most realistic character in the franchise IMO.
Whats the point of a signature?
Re: Needs to return for Fast Seven (spoilers)
I don't think it was Owen's dog tags. It was the cross necklace that Dom gave to Letty during the 6th movie. Letty then gave it to Owen before the climax to prove she has no feelings for Dom. I bet in the 7th Dom somehow gets the necklace from Han's personal effects bag or something.
Build a man a fire, and hell be warm for a day. Set a man on fire, and hell be warm for the rest of his life.

This could allow Lucas Black return for the next movie and joins Dominic's team to seek revenge on Ian Shaw.
