Did you check to see if "Notify of replies by email" is still checked?
Because sometimes such options get unchecked during an update. I've had the word filter get turned on, and I couldn't figure out why everyone was censoring all the bad words

Yes, it's checked, but at some point earlier it was unchecked, but it's been checked again for a while now and I still don't get e-mail notifications.
