So we're going with biblical, Jesus had a line about judge not lest ye be judged and about throwing stones. Throwing stones goes to Mary Mandolin who prostituted herself I think to pay for Roman taxes.
So Jesus didn't throw stones, turning her away and giving up on her as the others had. He also didn't give her advice on where she'd get more business, or selling her body for sex. He showed compassion for her, understood her plight, loved her in spite of her flaws, and offered her a hand up.
