Spider-Man is much stronger. What not everyone realizes is just how powerful Spider-Man is. He has the proportionate strength of a spider. I don't have to tell you that that means he's very very strong. He can lift multiple tons of weight. Wolverine is strong but nowhere near as strong. He's also not as agile as Spider-Man, who also has the proportionate agility of a spider. That's a lot of agility. Spider-Man has every power a spider has, from strength and agility, to shooting webs, to his spectacular spidey sense. All Wolverine has are knives on his hands. Could a guy with knives on his hands beat a man with spider powers? No. That's just a stupid question. It would never happen in a zillion years, so stop your childish trolling.

He has that healing ability which pretty much helps him survive almost anything (even an atomic bomb). I can't think of anything that Spider-Man has that can beat someone with power like that.
