I want to breed with someone around age 36-38, but I don't want to get pregnant. You just need to find "your better half."

How do you plan to breed and have a baby without getting pregnant?

She's getting a surrogate.

I doubt anyone would agree to do that knowing they would be leaving a baby in her care.

There's definitely something wrong with my family genes too, and I'm glad I haven't reproduced.

Did you go by a different username, or have you returned after some time away?

I've always gone by this username on filmboards. Used to have a different one when it was the IMDb messageboards. I did take a fairly long break from filmboards over the past several months or so.

Not a major change, and I think I've always maintained the same profile picture over the last couple of years. If he doesn't recognise me it's likely because I went away for a while.

But yeah, civilisation simply isn't designed with such people in mind, unfortunately.

Or sucks don't it? My parents haven't admitted their faults to me yet and I'm middle aged. I'm actually embarrassed of my parents. They turned out to be weirdos. I'm ashamed on them and it makes me feel like a piece of shit actually.
No wonder nobody ever respected me. How could anyone do that after seeing who me family is.
I got the Nimda Sim high off weed!!😂😂

Are you on medication for it? Tried different ones?
Mental illness runs in my family too, but most of it has been caused by trauma for me. I can usually manage without meds. Got tools from when I was in therapy and would probably do well with just talk therapy if I ever got depressed for longer than a few days now. I tried meds. I tried Wellbutrin, but it gave me hellish vivid dreams and made me feel worse, so that kinda scared me away from meds lol. If I ever need to though, I'll try a different drug.

Nah, not at the moment. I was on sertraline a few years ago, was on it for longer than recommended, but came off it. Also I had some Cognitive Behavioural Theraphy on the NHS, for a bit, pretty interesting, but it was hard work, a little awkward, it's hard to talk about myself for expended periods of time. I should probably get back into yoga, it's good stuff.

I clearly have no issues talking abouy myself.
You should get back on something. Maybe try a new one. As much as I have fears, I'd still get on meds if other shit didn't work.

…his life, and that his mum was the same. I feel better knowing it's genetic and I never really stood a chance to begin with, lol. I probably shouldn't breed. Draw a line under it, for my part.
That doesn't have to be "genetic".
Depending on the mental issue it could be environmental or an infection also.
Bornavirus comes into my mind, only as an example.

Mental illness isn't a relegation to misery. I haven't lived in the UK for a very long time (and never in adulthood), so I don't know how accessible mental healthcare is over there, but it may be worth looking into to ensure you're able to manage any struggles as well-equipped as possible.

Not sure you have a choice either way to be honest.

Yeah, you're the exact kind of loser that blames being a loser on others; totally not your fault, and easy excuse for your own failings.
I probably shouldn't breed
Was that ever really an option?
