who in your family is in control of your dead father's military and medical records? these documents myust be provided. This camp lejuene law doesnt give a settlement JUST because someone was on base during the time frame. Claimants must establish the necessary links between exposure and condition.

your brother also has a possible claim.

Either my younger brother or my dad's younger sister have my dad's medical records.

I think they have access to such records. They also wanted to contact my doctors etc. My dad's fatality could have been passed on genetically.

Yes, my younger brother is also allowed to make a call, from this group or another.

I may still work, now, have to give up my disability to do sales from home possibly full time but possibly part time, when I find out. I could live for $110K+/month, that way.

I may move to Fort Lauderdale, Southeastern Florida, where I am from originally, to freshen up before I make my move, to Germany, as I originally intended, though I had to move to Cleveland, Up North, which is a nice place to be still. I like it here. I was in 2 group homes, in big old houses in East Cleveland, an all "Black" community. I can see myself living in Fort Lauderdale, maybe in a fancy apartment, and then to Germany, trying to speak German.

your relatives are not your guardians so therefore they can't submit the claims on yoyr behalf. you need to get certified/authenticated copies of these records for yourself.

also,maybe,possibly, just because you lived at home doesnt automatically make you a dependent. so unless your father legally had you designated as a dependent, this may change the dynamic of your status as a claimant.

keep your fingers crossed and toes as well for that jumbo $1 million USD payday! hope that's AFTER the lawyers take their slice of the pie.

I don't think this is going to be as straightforward as she thinks. I'm assuming that she or her representative will have to prove that her father's death was a direct result of the contaminated water. Will she also have to prove that she herself had been affected? Also if he's deceased is she still a dependant?

She was not a dependant that's why she didnt get money from the VA. Not sure why she expects this to go differently.

I don't know how long, weeks, months, or years, until I get more money, for Lejeune. I want it to practice violin and learn German still … but also to go out and have a life. I don't drink and smoke, though.
