It sucks that you're in a place without air conditioning. Sometimes even with AC, it gets so hot here, the AC doesn't shut off. Long power outages from hurricanes are miserable.

we never needed ACs here before… but we will have to re-think that very soon. i wish we'd already had adjusted to the increasing problems heat is gonna cause especially the inner parts of big cities. i'm in the middle of Berlin. every inch of concrete here is heated up from the sun and radiates the heat back at us, it's like being in a huge big oven here.

it was 38 here, too yesterday when the temperature peaked. today it wasnt even above 30C, tbh but the humidity is still killing me, yes… it's now at 28C at 6pm, further dropping to cool and refreshing 14C later in the night, and slightly rising to 25ish during the day. so the worst is over. (until wednesday next week when temperatures are AGAIN peaking), but yesterday was hellish and i'm feeling exhausted from it today. me, who loves winter and snow and cold and long nights and short days,… 😭😭😭

I've read more books on Hitler than any other figure in history. Most of my sources say he was a vegetarian, including historian John Toland.
Charles Manson was another infamous vegetarian.

i have a ventilator and cool towels to keep my body temperature cooled down… so, i'm not totally exposed to heat. i still can't move really without sweat breaking out instantly, so i'm not gonna. i'll be fine. the temperature is supposed to drop by 10C until tomorrow, so there is an end to it in sight. until the next heat wave is about to come at us by next week. it just doesnt stop.

ok so i gave it a listen. the most important thing is if u like it, and if u do then that's great!
as for me, i didn't really like it. it sounds very generic and could've been produced by any contemporary European R&B and pop artist. there's nothing distinctively Moroccan or Senegalese about it, except of a few sampled flute and ethno sounds sprinkled into the song here and there, i guess. i just have heard this song, or this kind of pop song too fucking often to have a strong opinion on it either way. it wasn't abysmal or great and while i thank u for showing it to me, bc it's never a waste to bump music i didn't know before, this song sounds too generic and kinda really boring, i really wouldn't want to listen to it again.
