Farmer Walk, 8.4kg 2 set
EZ Curls, 11.5kg 2 sets 15 reps
Good Mornings, 12.1kg 2 sets 15 reps
Stiff Dead Leg Lift, 12.9kg 2 sets 15 reps
Squats 13.6kg 2 sets 20 reps

Only exercise giving me trouble is the lateral raises at 7.9kg or maybe add 0.25kg each dumbbell, tomorrow I put farmer walk up to 9.4kg, h bar up to 15.4kg.

Lateral raises and EZ Curls are not for the legs. The first is for the lateral delts of the shoulders, the second for the biceps.

The heavier they get, the harder they become, but because the leg day is the lighest. I will be playing catch up until i put more on shoulders and chest.

I do mostly upper body exercises on shoulders and chest day.

Bent-over rows are not for chest. They're for the back, rear delts and biceps.

Let me explain, Chest and back are on opposite sides of each other. Bent over rows work your back, chest and biceps.

Back exercises generally involve your biceps (and rear delts). Chest will involve your triceps and front delts. That's why these are usually grouped together.

I'm only partially reading your retarded gibberish, but if you're suggesting chest and back be done on the same day with the number of reps/sets, exercises and weight you've lined up, it's a cucked as shit, half-assed workout. Might as well throw legs in too and be done for the week after an hour of light warmup.

All my workouts are total body. Some carry more emphasis on different exercises which work different muscles more or less but whole body training is effective.

Compound lifts, sure. I assume you're lifting heavy for strength. Francis is trying to burn gout/fat with low weight high rep bent over rows.

Normally he just gnaws it off, which adds considerably to his caloric intake and fosters a vicious cycle of eliminating unwanted mass (the gout has, at this point, become an exoskeleton) then gaining it back as lard. One day he'll be gout-free and weigh 350lbs.
