Nixon established the EPA; if you don't think that's a worthwhile accomplishment, read up on the history of Superfund sites and Love Canal.
Trump may have been the worst at being The President, but his incompetence at least prevented him from doing catastrophic damage outside the USA. You haven't seen the last of the blowback from invading Iraq and Afghanistan then leaving them in ruins. So I reckon "miserable failure" is still secure in the top spot. Don't forget the massive tax cuts post-9/11 that put the US trillions deeper in debt and only benefited the rich. Reagan wins second for various reasons.

As a person who was never a fan of Trump, I would say he is one of the very best. Especially when you consider the Russian collusion nonsense and the MSM looking for every reason to criticize him, including how he walked down a ramp.
He is certainly better than Bush, Obama and the complete idiot Biden.
None of which is saying much.
The reason Obama isn't more effective is because when he doesn't have a script to read from, he is not much better at public speaking than Bush. People catch on to that.
Trump, on the other hand, can go for hours with a crowd and never seem to lose energy.
If he runs again, and I hope he does, Trump will have my vote.

I would say Donald Trump is the Number 2 Worst because of the 4 Years of Pure Chaos that he brought to this country which he always blamed on Democrats and everyone else that did not support him and he never once took responsibility for any failure that happened on his watch.
