Mickey Rooney : Mickey Rooney Movie/TV Movie where he plays the devil

I think it was Rooney. I remember people from a bus during a storm trapped in a building because a bridge was washed out. It was like a play. MR was enticing passengers as the devil. I probably saw this in the 80's. These memories are foggy.

Does this sound familiar? I'm looking for the name of the movie.

It may well be. Thanks. It looks like it will be difficult to find a copy.

I believe that is the film, I've never seen it myself. but I believe he co-directed it as well.

I've been trying to see all his films since I was in my teens. i'm 35 now. and hell I even have seen some of the mickey McGuire shorts and those are great.

I wish I had a copy of that. I have yet to get Mad World on Blu-ray though and that's a favorite of mine. I think I've seen about half or almost half of the films he did in the 30's and most of them in the 40's I've seen.

Since the original reply with the title has apparently been deleted, I'll post that it's likely The Private Lives of Adam and Eve (1960).
